Step To Eliminate Poverty (STEP) is a non-governmental organization committed to creating pathways toward a more inclusive and equitable society.

We work with women, youth, and marginalized communities, recognizing that poverty is not only an economic challenge. It is also connected to limited access to education, skills, opportunities, networks, information, and decision-making spaces.

Through skills development, entrepreneurship, education, leadership development, self-sufficiency initiatives, and community-based programs, STEP works to equip people with the tools they need to create better futures for themselves and their communities.
